1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note that we do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Policy and Rates

Shipping Charge: The Hyena House provides free standard shipping on all orders delivered within India.
Delivery Estimates: We aim to deliver all confirmed orders within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of dispatch.
Remote Areas: Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote or rural locations.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
This email will be sent to thehyenahouse07@gmail.com.
The tracking number will become active and available for tracking within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

4. Delivery Delays and Damages

Delays: The Hyena House is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, civil unrest, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

Damages: If you receive your order with visible damage to the packaging or damaged contents, please contact us immediately.
We require clear photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and initiate a claim with the carrier.
